Our Approach

Dr. Julie utilizes various adjusting techniques to personalize care for each practice member. In addition to traditional chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Julie is trained in a gentle and specific chiropractic technique Activator. By using safe and gentle movements of the bones of the spine we improve the nervous system’s ability to communicate with the body and orchestrate powerful healing.

Subluxations, or areas of interference within the body, occur due to a variety of physical, emotional and chemical stressors that are encountered on a daily basis. These subluxations impact the function of our nervous system, and can ultimately lead to pain and an array of symptoms. Our adjustments focus on finding and eliminating these areas of subluxation and stress. This allows our body eliminate excess tension, decreases symptoms, and permits our nervous system to function properly without any interference.

Meet Dr.Julie Foote

Dr. Julie first learned about chiropractic at 16 years old when her parents took her to a Chiropractor for sciatica. She noticed great results, enabling her to continue with cross country, even running her personal best time after that. She continued to utilize chiropractic for headaches and more.  Having been diagnosed with asthma as a child, she attributes her lack of symptoms to chiropractic care along with improved nutrition over the years. She has been symptom-free and medication-free for 24 years. She worked as a nursing assistant in high school and there found her passion for helping others. In addition, her love for health and nutrition influenced her decision to be a chiropractor.

During her time in chiropractic school, Dr.Julie decided to continue her education and get certified in pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic care. She loves treating patients of all ages and is patient and great at making all kids feel comfortable with chiropractic care. One parent even reported that their kids ask to see Dr. Julie.

Dr.Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She continued her education at Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating in 2000 with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. After several internships, she set up her practice of Chiropractic in South St. Paul in 2001. She fell in love with the small-town feel of the surrounding community.

Dr. Julie loves cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family. She is the proud mother of 3 kids and wife to a wonderful husband. She uses her spare time to coach and to support kids in education through numerous volunteer activities
